Steve Wille

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 

Steve first joined Coldwell Banker after being a county Real Estate Loan Manager for Wells Fargo Bank. In his first full year at Coldwell Banker, he was awarded the "Outstanding First Year Salesperson Award. Since then, he has sold nearly 1,000 residential properties in over 29 different California Counties. In addition to being a top producing sales agent, he has managed several high profile real estate offices from Palo Alto to Tiburon. Steve is recognized as one of San Francisco's most experienced agents and is proud to be working at Coldwell Banker's "Global Luxury Office" in Pacific Heights....serving all of San Francisco.

Bachelor of Business Administration, Ohio University                                                                                                                                           

Steve has also attended:  The Ohio State University, The Graduate School of Business at Santa Clara University, The Pacific Coast Banking School held at The University of Washington, and The American University in Paris. Steve has taken and taught many real estate courses over the years. 

CIVIC AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: 

Steve is quite involved in and is pleased to "give back" to San Francisco.  He is a 20 year member and has been a frequent speaker at The Commonwealth Club. For 20 years he has been a coordinator and docent for San Francisco City Guides, a nonprofit. where he leads frequent walking tours on the architecture and history of San Francisco in Pacific Heights. Other local memberships or involvement have included: The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, The San Francisco Historical Society, Friends of the San Francisco Library, The San Francisco Neighborhood Emergency Response Team (NERT), and Lead Docent for The San Francisco Decorator Showcase.  Steve was the past Treasurer for The Leukemia Society for several western states.
